SimpleHelp and ScreenConnect are both great products. Both have been presented at an IT user group I attend in NYC. I went with SimpleHelp, it was easy to set up the SimpleHelp server on Amazon Web Services EC2. They provide a "community image" EC2 micro instance template that is ready to go.
