There is no yellow that will guarantee an upgrade to those particular 2 weapons. Fist weapons. It won't "always" upgrade to those two, because there's a selection of 10 or so to roll. But it's possible to get primals this way. The chart is easy to find, just look up w/e item type you want on the diablo wiki.
